Arrival Time: Check in time is between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. If you are unable to arrive during check in time, please make arrangements 48 hours in advance.

Parking: We have private off-street parking to accommodate all guests.

Departure Time: Check out time is 11 a.m. You are welcome to leave your car in our parking lot if you would like to spend some additional time walking around the town after check out.

Minimum Night Stays: We do require multi-night stays during certain times of the year. Holidays and special events generally have a two-night stay requirement. Nonetheless, please call or check our availability online, since one-night stays are occasionally available.

Rates: Rates are for single or double occupancy. Accommodations include our sumptuous, gourmet breakfast served in the dining room. All rates are subject to change without notice. Rates also are subject to the 13% Room Tax. Corporate Rates are single occupancy only.

Occupancy: We allow a maximum of 2 people per room.

Children: Children over the age of 14 are welcome provided that they are able to stay in their own room. If you are interested in occupying the entire inn, and the children are well behaved, we will be happy to host your gathering.

Smoking: Delta Street is a non-smoking inn; smoking is allowed outside only.

Payment Method: We accept Visa and MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Reservation Policy: You may use a credit card to secure your room.

Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your stay with us, we will be happy to refund the cost of your stay, less a $20 service charge per room, provided that you give more than one week notice or more than 30 days notice for special event weekends. We will refund your credit card if we are able to re-rent the room for the same rate. Early departures are regarded as cancellations. Please note that our Reservation and Cancellation Policies are a vital part of managing our small inn.
